For reservations, contact or event enquiries, we process the information you provide, particularly your name, contact details, date, time, number of guests and messages. This is done to answer the enquiry, arrange the reservation and provide our restaurant services.

9. Table reservations with TheFork

For table reservations, we use the external TheFork booking calendar. It is embedded only after you explicitly click “Load booking calendar”. This establishes a connection to TheFork and transmits technical connection data. Booking details are entered directly in the TheFork calendar. TheFork’s privacy information applies to its processing. X1291 continues to handle group and event enquiries submitted through our separate form.

10. Google Analytics 4 (optional)

Google Analytics 4 can help us analyse how our website is used. If we use this service, we load it only after your explicit consent to analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Page views, device and browser information, cookie identifiers and successful website enquiries may be processed for statistics. Google may also process data in the USA. We do not pass names, email addresses, telephone numbers or enquiry-form contents as event parameters. A website enquiry is not counted as a confirmed booking. Without consent, the Analytics tag is not loaded. You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. 11. Meta Pixel (optional)

With your explicit consent to Marketing, we use the Meta Pixel to measure page views and advertising effectiveness and to reach interested visitors again. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. Your IP address, browser and device information, the page visited and cookie identifiers may be sent to Meta and linked to an existing Meta account. Meta may also process data in the USA. Only the first thank-you page view after a successfully saved enquiry on our own website is counted as a contact. Direct visits, reloads and external TheFork bookings do not trigger a form conversion. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and form contents are not sent as event parameters; automatic advanced matching and automatic events are disabled for this installation. Without Marketing consent the pixel is not loaded. Withdrawing consent in Cookie settings stops further requests.
